Frank Beacham

Frank Beacham is Of Counsel for Davis Lucas Carter. Frank’s practice focuses on employment law, local-government law, and water pollution litigation. Frank regularly advises human resource directors and business owners on preventing and avoiding litigation related to hiring, disciplining, and firing employees.  His work for cities is wide ranging, but mostly involves planning, zoning, historic preservation, and drinking water supply issues.

 

Frank is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Frank was a law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy, U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, from 2001-2003. 

 

Prior to becoming of counsel, Frank was a partner for more than a dozen years at Brinson Askew Berry in Rome.

• Frank played rugby at Georgia Tech on a team that was ranked in the top 10 in the country.

• On Tuesday and Thursday nights in Rome, you can often find Frank at a downtown establishment, playing guitar and singing in a five-piece acoustic band, Jessee & The Boys.
